Our Rental Policies

reservations	Reservations can be made by phone or by coming by our office. We are happy to answer inquiries by email but can not confirm rental arrangements online.
deposits	Equipment deposits are required and must be secured with a valid credit card. Customers credit cards are debited for the replacement value of the equipment rented. All credit card information is verified and a "hold" is placed on the customers account for the deposit amount. If the rental equipment is returned on-time and in good working order, the credit card debit for the deposit is voided and the customers card is not charged.
identification	Rental customers will be required to provide a valid drivers license which includes a local address. We reserve the right to refuse rental service to anyone who is unable to provide a verifiable local address.
contract	The completion of rental arrangements will require the rental customer to sign a legally binding contract. This contract includes information regarding the equipment rented, replacement costs, penalties for late return, cleaning and damage. The contract also specifies the date and time rented equipment must be returned in order to avoid late penalties.
payment	Payment may be made by local check, credit card or cash. WE DO NOT REDEPOSIT CHECK RETURNED FOR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. Businesses and institutions that have established credit may secure a rental through the issuance of a purchase order number. Normal terms for open account rentals are NET 30.
